Prince of Persia SOT Cheat Codes, Tips, Hints and Secrets
Here are all the Prince of Persia cheats I could find. If you know any more please add them to the comments of this post.
Unlock PoP first level in 3D
Start a new game. Stay on the balcony and hold L3 (left analog stick). Then, quickly input the following cheat:

NOTE: These are the main Prince of Persia cheats that are usually applied by pressing down the right key combination. Please find the instructions on how to use these cheats below.
Start the game with the “prince megahit” or “prince improved” command line. Enter one of the following codes during gameplay to activate the corresponding cheat function.

[Shift] + I – Invert screen
[Shift] + T – Extra health point
[Shift] + K – Remove health point
[Shift] + B – Show only animated objects
[Shift] + S – Heal
[Shift] + R – Display room number, jump right
[Shift] + W – Display room number, jump left
[Alt] + D – Save debug information in “dump?.txt” file
U – View one screen up
N – View one screen down
H – View one screen left
J – View one screen right
K – Kill opponents
R – Resurrection
C – View code
[F1] – Toggle position display
[F3] – Toggle player
[F6] – Ruler
[Plus] – Increase time
[Minus] – Decrease time
NOTE: You can also start the game by typing ‘prince megahit X’ where X is a number between 2 and 14. In addition to getting access to the cheat codes the ‘megahit’ switch normally gives you, you will start the game on level 2-14 depending on the number you chose. 13 corresponds with the second part of level 12 (where you get to fight Jaffar), and 14 corresponds with the final few rooms after Jaffar’s defeat. Entering 15 or above, or anything other than a number, will simply make you start in level 1.

Unlock Original Prince Of Persia Room
Start a new game with any profile. On the balcony where the game starts, do not go into the palace’s room and instead, push in the left joystick and enter GREEN, BLUE, YELLOW, RED, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE, RED (A, X, Y, B, Y, A, X, B).
Unlock Prince of Persia 2
To find this goodie, you’ll need to start from the Above the Baths save, once you have your new sword. Go down the stairwell that leads to a large carvernous area. After you make it through this area, you’ll end up in a small room with Farah. There’s a lever and gear in the center of the room. Turn it cockwise until it clicks twice. Both doors in the room are now closed, but you have also opened a secret door that you cannot see. Go to the wall directly opposite the entrance. Swing until you find a spot on the wall where your sword doesn’t spark. Strike this area a few times to reveal a hidden room. Enter to unlock the game, which is now available from the main menu.
Unlock Original Prince of Persia
Beat the game and Prince of Persia 1 becomes available in the Extra Features menu.

How to unlock the original Prince Of Persia
Around 33% of the way into the game, you will receive a new sword. Continue on until you break a wall and the Prince says, ”It’s said they built this palace on the ruins of another…” Once you cross the next room, you will find a rotatable switch. Directly behind this switch is a breakable wall, although it doesn’t appear to be one. If you hit it three times, you will find another room and you will receive a message informing you that Prince of Persia is now unlocked.
You can also rotate that switch until it points to the new room and it will open a gate that allows you to play Prince of Persia right there without having to exit back to the Extra Features screen.
Unlockable: Alternate Costumes
In the Extras menu, navigate to the Skin Manager and click on Redeem Code. Enter the following codes for the desired effect:
- 13372805 – Unlocks the Altair (from Assasin’s Creed) costume for the Prince
- 52585854 – Unlocks the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time costumes for The Prince and Elika BigPoPa
Unlockable: Prototype Costumes
The Prototype costumes (skins) for The Prince and Elika may be unlocked by defeating the final boss and obtaining the 1001 Light Seed.
