Halo Reach Beta Revealed
This Halo Reach video with the developers from Bungie gives a great, insiders view to the Halo Reach Beta that came out earlier this month. There’s tons of great multiplayer screen shots in this video and it feels like you’re having a sit down chat with Luke Smith, the designer of Halo Reach, along with the rest of the Halo Reach team like;
Luke Timmons, Engineering Lead
Marcus Lento, Creative Director
David Aldridge, Senior Engineer
Joe Tung, Executive Producer
Jon Cable, Engineer
The Halo: Reach beta was perhaps the most anticipated console beta in history. In it’s first three days it’s already doing rather well for itself. The statistics which follow are for the first 24 hours.
So far, 1,170,112 people have played the beta.
Together, they have played 14,205,611 matches.
In these matches have been 157,972,986 kills.
And all of this has happened in the 936,864,266 seconds spent playing the game. For those of us who don’t count the seconds of our lives, that’s 15.6 million minutes, 260,000 hours, 10,843 days, or a little under 30 years.
That’s right. In one day, the Halo: Reach beta has been played for 30 years.
And the beta ends on 19th May.
